Andy Warhol was
part of the Pop Art movement and he was famous for exploring popular culture in
his work, using brands like Coca Cola and Campbell's Soup. He used pictures of
famous people and repeated the same portrait over and over, but using different
colours and effects.
At the beginning
of November, the students of 5h grade worked with the iPads to take pictures
and edit them in Warhol’s style choosing their celebrities and also using
nearby brands like Cacaolat amb Chupachups.
Enjoy their
creations and remember that there is a temporary exhibition about Andy Warhol
at the CaixaForum Barcelona until 31st December.
